Scope of work in kitchen: new countertops and plumbing fixtures, and appliances, update lighting to high efficiency led, add electrical (gfci) as required by code. Scope of work in bathroom: remove bath shower combo and replace with curbed shower, remove and replace all fixtures and install new countertop, update lighting to high efficiency led, install new humidistat fan. 8-3-17: added to scope of work- change out slider in bedroom and dining room.
