Our property has a fence that was already installed when we moved in 2009. Since then the fence has been falling apart for quite some time and has become an eye sore. It is beyond repair and we would like to replace it. We would like to tie a string from the back post to the front post and replace all the post. This will be done so that the post will be installed in the exact position they were removed. The post needed repair as well and are rotting in the ground. If a new fence is installed with the old post there is a chance it could fall over. Once the post are set the preassembled fence will be put up with the good side facing my neighbors. The fence will also be installed in the exact location it is in now. The back yard is tiered and has two retaining walls due to the natural geography of the lot. The back wall will be set on the second tier in the same location it is now. The fence will be where it is now on the level of the house behind mine.
