Re-do the southwesterly side of the intersection of southlawn court to a 40-feet radius. Construct new handicap ramps, curb and gutter using both m-sha and county standards; a 8-feet wide concrete bikepath, 4-feet wide sidewalk, street trees, 12-inch asphalt paving. Remove the existing concrete apron and restore area. Field connect a private 12-inch reinforced concrete pipe into montgomery countys 60-inch reinforced concrete pipe. Re-grade the southwesterly side of the southlawn court intersection to improve sight distance. Sod all disturbed areas.
