Proposal: temporary parking lot with gravel (no hard scape paving), landscape buffer on street sides on the site of a future hotel which is in the conceptual design phase. Owner will use the lot for overflow parking from their existing hotel and the new restaurant at 15 st. Charles, and would like to install signage indicating that the lot is a the "future home" of the new hotel.
