Prior to release of this permit, complete repair & restoration of the right of way shall be made, "in-kind", of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right-of-way caused by construction operations on this site. Disturbed areas shall be fine graded & sodded. Roadways shall be kept free of mud & debris. Materials & equipment shall not be stored in right-of-way. Notify mc. Dps inspector when work is complete.
