July 11, 2013 1:51: pm pamk. Cswo, complaint, apd, might be operating some type of automotive repair shop. Is it zoned for this and is it up to code. Zeo to check out junk car status. More info in attached doc from apd. Pjk; august 29, 2013 9:52: am pamk. I did a day review of the address. There seems to be less un-licensed cars, but more licensed cars in the driveway. There is a portable shed, made out of tarp material, which i assume is covering some tools, since i dont see them in the yard. The shoes have been removed from the utility pole in the front. I observe some clean up, but have no idea of the status of the cars present. This is a multi-family dwelling, so the cars may be tenants. I will enter a da in the system and schedule a day follow up thank you jim hayes ceo city of asheville; inspection by apd that junk vehicles on the property. Isuzu trooper tag wts-3843 (expired) white panel van with no tag, bot vehicles were tagged for removal. Reinsection 7/23/13.
