Minor renovation of an existing single-family residence previously used as a salon in treme neighborhood of new orleans. The project consists of returning the house to a single family residence. This includes remodeling the kitchen, renovating and adding one bathroom and modifying the floor plan to add three new bedrooms. No exterior modifications to the street facade or side yard facades visible from the street. Windows shall be replaced to meet irc 2nd means of egress requirement. Window manufacturer cut sheets shall be submitted to the hdlc for approval. No other exterior work.
