Install of pine fencing with 2 gates 6 high in rear yard

Chap notice to proceed - rebuild top of rear chimney to restore to plumb. Install new concrete cap. Repoint all deteriorated mortar joints on rear exterior to match historic mortar joints in color texture joint size profile hardness and tooling. Remove and replace spalling cracked broken or deteriorated brick on rear exterior with replacement brick matching existing brick in color size and texture. Remove deteriorating brick window sills and rebuild to match existing. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files.
