Approval of exterior alterations to the historic bronaugh apartment building, which includes:1. Fire escapes. Existing iron fire escapes balconies to remain. Removal of outboard ladders from 3rd story to roof and removal of rungs only from outboard ladder between the 2nd and 3rd floors. 2. Sw 15th avenue entry and sw morrison street entry.
