We are requesting the closure of "parking lanes only" during business hour from 7:00am to 4:00pm noted in the attached site plan in yellow. We are demolishing 1425 constance st and need to close the some of the parking lanes on the street for egress ingress of heavy equipment and trucks to remove the three story structure and slab. We have communicated with the residents on the block to address any concerns that they may have and all fully support our needs to remove the blighted property from their community.
