I currently have chain link fence along the sides of my back yard and a 6 foot tall privacy fence along a portion of the north side of the back yard and all of the back of my lot (the east side). I want to replace it all with a 6 foot privacy fence. As with the current chain link fence, the north side fence will start at the lot line level with the back corner of the house. The fence will continue east along the current line of the fence on the north lot line to the back of the lot, run south to the south lot line, then run along the south lot line to the front of the garage, which is set back roughly 22 from the house. The only difference from the current fence, other than switching from chain link and privacy to all 6 privacy fence, would be that the fence would run alongside the garage on the south lot line instead of stopping at the back of the garage. Again, that would still be approximately 22 east of the back end of the house.
