Front work:cap front porch posts (2) cap underside of existing porch (approx 8x12) cap two sides of porch facing the dwelling and cap all wooding framing in white alum. Rear work:install two (2) alum awning at second floor rear windows (approx 2x2). Remove and install one (1) rear double hung vinyl window at first floor. Install one (1) alum awning at rear (approx. 12x17). Install new steel cellar trap door (3x8). Demo existing rear sidewalk and patio pad (approx 10x30) and replace with new 4" concrete same size same location over existing gravel. Demo existing rear 3 concrete steps and replace with the same. Same size same location. All on existing footings and existing gravel. Steps: tread: 9" min rise: 8 1 4" max and width: 36" min. All work will be done according to baltimore city code.
