Replace drywall where needed new flooring paint new kitchen cabinets replace (3) exterior doors replace (12) interior doors. Doors in existing openings as per code. 1 circuit for the microwave and adding 1 circuit for outlets in kitchen as per code

Partially finish approximately 3 sq. Ft. Of basement area using 2 x 4 @ 16"oc to create small recreational area. There will be 1 interior door added leading to unfinished area with walls and ceiling dry walled. Base and door trim will also be installed. We will be adding outlets on walls to code and 1 ceiling light in the center of the room. There will also be 1 light and switch added to the unfinished area as well as new outlets for washer and dryer. All wiring in the house is currently ungrounded and will be replaced with new romex wiring that is grounded. All wiring ran in block walls will be done using 1 2" metal conduit.
