Per chap: remove existing rear concrete patio and 1st story deck;install dry-laid brick patio using salvaged old baltimore brick;preserve existing 1vy on fence;construct new 1st story rear deck to extend to base of steps with 6" x 6" deck posts set in concrete 30" below grade; deck to be pressure-treated pine; deck planks and stair treads to be grey trex material; stair and deck railing to be painted to match existing trim on house (off white);install new trash receptacle under deck with pressure treated lattice all as per plans submitted to chap.
