Per chap: remove and install 4 wood double hung windows on rear side to match existing replacement windows already installed as per code. Primer and painted to match. Remove and install with new double hung vinyl replacement windows on rear faade as per code in original opening and location. Remove garage roof and install new flat roof as per code retain roof edge trim. Remove and replace garage doors with new cloplay pro-series t50s value series-traditional short style doors with madison 611 style window option. Remove and replace existing garage moon style door with new wood panel moon style door to match. Primer and paint to match.
