2nd complaint received - original situation hammening again, band/singers in evening with noise permeating the neighborhood. Complaint received: on march 22, 2010, the great hall restaurant initiated jazz and blues night on their new stage located right next to the entrance door which they opened and left open. The level of music/noise is heard with our windows and doors closed. It is so loud that we can hear this noise above our own conversations let alone try to read or listen to our own music. We do not have any livability with this noise disturbance and intrusion into our residence. This noise is totally intolerable with our windows open. This situation has repeated itself every monday since march 22nd, i. E., march 28th, april 5th and on other nights as well.
