Demolish and remove existing bathroms on first floor, second floor,attic. Bathroom demolishion will include: walls, tiled floor,ceiling,fixtures. Conrtactor will demolish and remove existing kitchens on the first floor and second floor. Kitchen demolishion will include: removing of kitchen cabinets, tile floor,walls(drywall),ceiling. Contractor will demolish and remove brick chimney in attic area, second floor, first floor, basement. Contractor will not alter or demolish any structural or load bearing beams,walls, floor joist.
