Complaint received - owner occupant is doing construction work (building walls, electrical, etc.) without permit(s), and increasing retail occupancy in non-seismic compliant building in an ig1 zone. Additionally, there are numerous other tenants in the building in non-demised spaces without compliant fire and life safety work and ada. One of those random tenants (flower shop called bloke) doesnt have proper access or facilities and has a loading dock used for storefront without guard rails. The flower shops uses the street to dump water, debris. The entire building is a fire and life safety hazard and its use does not conform to the ig1 zoned subarea of ceid.
