Home was moved and elevated to about 4 feet. Need complete set of plans for b,e,m,p. Need a complete foundation/floor framing/wall/roof plans. Entire home will be remodeled. Foundation poured w/o inspection and no continuous footing on exterior walls. See pictures and report. Foundation to be a minimum 12 inches below undisturbed soil. Submit design/calculations from engineer/architect for maximum design height and wind load for 48 inch height precast concrete piers.
