Interior non-structural demo only--------------property was under process of being remodeled without a permit by the owner; when the property was red flagged, they contacted a client of mine who has several rental properties we have renovated, and asked for help; which is how we came to be involved. I would like to walk the property with an inspector and have a consultation on what demo needs to occur and what we needs to be done to bring the property into compliance, so we can be working on these items while the actual permit, drawings and specialty trades permits are in process.
