If the above can be established, the project proposed involves: 1) building a 30- ada gangway down to pier and security gate to reduce liability. 2) building a 3 wide walking pier out to dock. 3) building a x floating dock between the four existing pilings. 4) install electrical outlet. 5) connect running water. 6) add large landscaping rocks boulders along the shoreline to prevent erosion.

Removal of fallen tree from lake washington from the water side using a barge. Requesting shoreline exemption for this project under smc 23. 60a. 0 (any development with a value of less than 6,416. That does not materially interfere with normal public use of the water) and smc 23. 60a. 0 c1(normal maintenance and repair of existing structures or developments, including damage by accident, fire or elements.) we are removing a foot cottonwood tree that fell on friday may 19 from our property (13744 riviera pl ne, seattle, 98125) and into the waters of lake washington. A consulting arborist at seattle tree preservation said that because of the limited working space on riviera pl, it would be impossible to remove the tree from the water from the shoreside. As such, the tree will be removed from the waterside using a barge. The tree is currently attached by its roots to the shore. Leaving the tree in its current state poses a number of issues including potential liability and property damage. O
