Due diligence investigation. Installation of three 3-inch diameter geoprobe direct-push soil borings to depths ranging between 15 and feet below grade on the properties identified as ssl 1043 0157, addressed 1353 e street, se. None of the borings will be completed as temporary piezometers. Borings will be open no longer than 24 hours and will be abandoned on the same as drilling by tremi-grouting, using a 2 pounds bentonite to 1 gallon of water slurry, per doee regulations. Idw will be properly managed.
