Due diligence investigation. Installation of three 3-inch diameter geoprobe direct-push soil borings to depths ranging between 15 and feet below grade on the property identified as ssl 1043 0128, addressed 1351 e street, se. Two of the borings will be completed as temporary piezometers using 1-inch diameter pvc pipe. Borings temporary piezometers will be open no longer than 24 hours and will be abandoned on the same as drilling by tremi-grouting, using a 2 pounds bentonite to 1 gallon of water slurry, per doee regulations. Idw will be properly managed.
