Replacement of swinging double doors with vinyl sliding door almond color and wood door frame to match existing. Replacement of front door with steel door to match existing (minus mailslot ) painted almond and wood door frame to match existing. Paint all wood trim on windows and doors to match custom color approved for the condo building. Install black metal mailbox on facade. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files.
