Replace basement concrete slab, frame partial basement walls, insulate and install green boards. Open first floor walls and install croos lvl beams, remodel first floor kitchen and bathroom, replace first floor hardwood floors, remove back door, back window and install new back pocket door. Install new bathroom in second floor, rebuild second floor closets and bedrooms separation wall. Paint all floors, sand refinish all hardwood floors.
