Emergency removal of rear deck and staircase. Work done to code.

Interior work 1 sq ft- replace 2x joist throughout as per plan replace 2x studs throughout as per plan install insulation as necessary on walls and ceiling. R21 and r13 throughout. Authorization to proceed union square historic district - at rear two story-addition: repair roof edge and rear wall as needed; at second floor install two vinyl one-over-one windows replacing right-side door opening with a window; install gutters and downspouts; at first floor install picture window in existing opening; at left side install metal door; install hardie board siding on rear and right side; install vinyl siding on left side. At second and third floor rear of main building on left side: install vinyl one-over-one windows to fit original openings. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files.

Demo interior walls replace 2x4x walls throughout --replace 3 floor joist 1st floor rear install sheetrock throughout 1st 2nd floor 10x15 replac3 interior door same size and location -- install r21 insulation and r49 as per code

Per chap: atp:replace rubber roof at both levels at second and third story roofs. Demolish and rebuild rear section of third story. Approvals after-the-fact. Cladding to be stucco. All work to be completed as per plans in chap files.
