Alteration permit

Existing enclosed porch - reconstruct walls of previously enclosed existing porch area. Install a brick veneer on existing stone foundation wall piers, and a steel lintlel over basement window. No change in height or area of porch. Provide capping, flashing and caulking at termination of wall to prevent water infiltration. No openings windows on walls constructed on property line or within three feet. Walls constructed on property lines to be built as a one hour rated wall, to consist of an exterior sheathing with a 1 2 hour rated exposure to flame, 2x4 studs, and 5 8 type x sheetrock on interior. Permit issued to resident homeowner.
