Repoint mortar joints to match existing in color texture joint size and profile if needed. Once the applicant has inspected the property the applicant will provide chap staff with an updated full scope of work (complete with photos any necessary material specs etc.) for review and approval. Note: this property is under easement with the maryland historical trust and any exterior work must be approved by mht.
