This fence will be replacing an existing 3 fence on the sides of the rear yard and a 6 fence at the rear property line. The fence will be constructed of wood, 4x4 posts at 6 on center with wood planks of varying widths 1-1 2" to5-1 2" ran horizontally. The planks will be space 1" apart to give a less solid appearance. The four foot fence will start at the se corner of the house and run east to the side property line, turn south and until it meets the existing garage. The 6 fence will start at the sw corner of the garage and run west along the rear of the property, staying 1 away from alley right of way, to the side property line. The 4 fence will start again at the sw corner of the property and run north to align with the sw corner of the house where it will turn east to meet the house. Gates will be provided on the east and west returns of the fence as well as to the alley.
