Scope of work: 1. This permit is to use existing sidewalk to cross as stabilized construction entrance onto property with vehicles and materias. Const. Fence 2. Sidewalk is to remain open to pedestrians at all times except when crossing with vehicles construction trucks. 3. Safety sinage and warning must be in place to warn pedestrains of work zone and flaggers must be in place to warn motorist of trucks pulling in and out of subject property. 4. Contractor shall use all signs shown on approved traffic control plan - failure to do so will result in revocation of this permit.
