Interior work: complete framing of single family residence as per code as per drawings. Using 2"x4" studs 16" oc. Install french drains under basement slab - waterproof repair and repour as needed. Staircase to remain as per chap specifications. Add insulation to walls (r19) and ceiling (r49) as needed. All work performed as per code. Replace interior doors and drywall as needed. Exterior work: replace 6 double hung windows same size and location. Replace two exterior doors same size and location. Repair rear second story deck to bring up to current code - 42" railing height 4" oc pickets and galvanized bolts added to header board through home. All work will be done according to baltimore city code and per submitted drawings.
