We propose drilling three borings (b-5, b-6, and b-7) at 65 feet, six-inch diameter geotechnical test borings, using the hollow stem auger method to evaluate the subsurface conditions in the proposed development area. The proposed test boring depths will be 65 feet below the existing ground surface. We retain all soil samples for days after report is issued unless otherwise requested by the client.
