This work has been reviewed and approved by hdlc in a letter dated 4/16/2014, attached with submission. Work provides new glazed entry doors, with steps and ramp to existing first floor level (4-0" above grade) now inside the building, and improved lobby, security desk, and associated rooms--approximately 1,630sf total. Mep work limited to repositioning existing ductwork and new lighting. No plumbing, food service, or educational functions are provided by this work scope, and so the exemption letter already provided by dhh continues to apply. Work does not encroach on property line, and so no encroachment permit is required.
