Construct parking lot for recreational use within the dewey road & edgebrook road right-of-ways in accordance with the approved plans. Improvements include modification of existing storm drain system and construction of new sidewalk and curb & gutter along dewey rd. All lane & sidewalk closures & other required traffic controls shall comply with the approved traffic control plan & the directions of the mc. Dps right-of-way inspector. All future maintenance of the parking lot, parking lot entrances, fencing, landscaping, etc. Is the responsibility of the maryland national park and planning commission.
