A shared driveway agreement must be obtained between lot #1 & #2 & #3. This must be recorded with the buncombe cou nty register of deeds office and a copy supplied to the eng ineering inspector at time of driveway inspection. 4. I nspector must be called 48 hours prior to installation of t he driveway access apron for an inspection of the forms or p repared area. 5. Dr iveways that serve single family units must be built in ac cordance with one of the following designs. (#1) 6? ? 40 psi concrete on 100% compacted 6? Cabc, or (#2) 2? ? Type ii asphalt on 6? 100% compacted cabc stone. If the roadway has curb and gutter and/or sidewalk the driveway apron must concrete. The driveway apron must extend a minimum of 10?
