To remove unsound stucco from upper half of second floor of royal st. Elevation as necessaryto re-stucco areas of removed stucco to match adjacent wall utilizing the vcc standard methods and recipes (attached)to repair cracks in cornice as necessary utilizing the vcc standard recipes (attached)to paint repaired areas to match existing colors: walls: medium red (to match existing) trim: white (to match existing) all repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure.
