The proposed work will address a department of public works complaint about drainage obstructions from a driveway apron by: removing current aprons, installing 48 of 12" reinforced concrete pipe, then replacing driveway apron and excavating 1 of swale along curb for proper drainage. Note: it is the owners belief that this work scope cannot fully address drainage obstruction issues on this block as maintenance is needed to public drainage ditch areas along entire block face.
