Approximately 1,5 square feet of new shingles will be installed over existing roof. 1) up to 20sf of wood repair included. We did not see any areas of concern. 2) we will install approximately 1 linear feet of new metal drip edge to all eaves of the main house roof. 3) customers choice of shingle. 4) six brown pot vents will be replaced with new. Power vent will be reused. 5) once the roof has been completely shingled we will install ridge cap to the hips and peaks of the roof. The roof will be inspected and a polymer sealant will be applied as needed.
