Cut out and repoint south side of house. Work will be done from grade up to roof once repointed, wash down to remove mortar stains. Mortar to match existing in color and hardness so as not to cause brick to spaul

1. Remove the existing roof material to expose the roof decking. 2. Inspect and replace any damage or rotted wood decking. 3. Install firestone mill white tpo fully adhered roofing system, over 1 iso insulation 4x8 sheets (5. 7 r-value) 4. Install new parapet wall aluminum coping. 5. Install new plumbing vent pipe collar. 6. Install two roof vent. 7. Install new roof access curb 8 above roof line. 8. Clean up and removal of all job related debris. 9. Paint all the existing build in gutter on mansard wall roof and turrets using calbar 10. Replace broken and missing slate on mansard wall roof and turrets with va slate to match existing and seal all hips and ridge lines. 11. Apply fibered aluminum roof coating on exiting rear porch roof. 12. Paint all the existing build in gutter on mansard wall roof and turrets using calbar paint.
