In accordance wtih the approved plan and the directions of the mcdps right-of-way inspector, remove the existing driveway & construct new curb and gutter, construct a new mcdot standard driveway mc-301. 01, construct sidewalk ramps, construct new concrete sidewalk, plant street trees in accordance with std. Mc-701. 01, relocate existing pepco pole, install 4-inch water house connection, and sod all distrubed areas in the right-of-way. All work shall comply with the montgomery county standards and specifications and the montgomery county specifications for utility construction permit" dated july, 2003. All future maintenance of the driveway apron constructed under this permit is the responsibility of the property owner.

Pre-const. Mtg. Reqd call dps inspector chris cary @ 301-370-3686 place and excavate 26 feet of fiber cable facilities on weiseman road (conduit/ducts/handhold boxes/pedestals,etc). All above & below grade facilities shall be placed in public utility easements or adjacent to the right-of-way line unless approved otherwise by the mcdps right-of-way (row) inspector. Work shall comply w/the mont. Co. Specs. For utility const. Permit, july, 2003. All lane closures/traffic controls shall comply w/approved traffic control plans, guidelines for temp. Traffic control requirements & directions of the dps row inspector. Complete repair/restoration of the row shall be made in-kind of any & all damages to improvements in the public row caused by construction operations. Const. On weisman avenue (#120 georgia avenue) install and remove overhead wires, install 6 amp underground service, dig and backfill trench, build conduit, install cable and associated equipment for new commercial service in accordance with pepco plan no. 63091340. Complete repair (restoration of right of way) shall be made of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right of way caused by construction operations on this site. Install two street trees install 4" whc utility patch. Restore all grassed areas within the public right of way along property frontage of weisman road. Work shall be completed as directed by the dps inspector.
