Complaint

June 4, 2013 9:13:49 am rhurley. Received call from friend of owner; adjacent neigboring properties retaining walls are in poor shape and failing; present problem accessing montana circle for emergency vehicles; street is already narrow; contact roger with any questions 828-redacted phone number;rlh; july 24, 2013 9:26:57 am pamk. Went by but im not sure which walls that the complaint involves. The cirle is very narrow even if walls were ingood condition. Im not sure that we get involved with retaining walls that are not attched to the house especially at existing houses without an active permit. I talked with pam and she felt that i need to talk with joe and jay. Im not sure if the houses in the circle are privately owned or are rentals. Im not sure if the walls are in a right of way.
