Proposed work is cosmetic and one-for-one replacement of kitchen fixtures and appliances, replace in-kind sink, range, d/w, disposal, vent and refrigerator & 3 bathroom vanities. Exterior painting will only involve repainting of window trim and gutter facia with existing color and black metal steps. Replace kitchen floor tile, counter top and backsplash. Existing kitchen cabinets will be removed, refinished and reinstalled over new floor tile. Interior painting. Wooden floors and stairs will be sanded and refinished. Existing wooden fence in back of townhouse needs repairing due to damage by vehicle in the alley. All work in-kind.
