All work to be completed as per information plans specs in chap files. Interior work size : approximately 20 sq. Ft for the 1st floor: replace 2 exterior doors. Framing the bathroom with 2x4 install 2 exterior doors for 1st level: frame 4 bedrooms 1 bathroom 6 closet and 1 office install 8 interior doors 3rd floor: frame 1 bedroom 1 closet and 1 bathroom install 2 interior doors. In addition to framing we will: install insulation (r - for 2x6 walls r - for 2x4 walls & r49 - ceiling) put up drywall base trims everything will be done to code and will follow as shown on the sketch i submitted.
