Notice to proceed replace 1980s 1/1 windows and frames on property. New replacement windows will be 1/1 double hung wood jeld-wen windows with baltimore bullnose brickmould (excepting the windows in the side (116 w. Lanvale) and rear (118 w. Lanvale) oriels where brickmould is not appropriate. Those frames should be plain narrow and flush with the frame opening).
