Install two (2) electric gate openers, per materials received 08/14/15 and stamped vcc approved 08/14/15, to an existing pair of driveway gates, located in the upper left and upper right corners. Paint housing of electric gate opener to match existing trim surfaces. Note: no work to be completed on existing millwork as part of this permit.

To prepare for painting by sanding (rotary sanders cannot be used), making minor millwork and masonry repairs as necessary to match existing conditions (masonry mix must be soft, with maximum portland cement content not to exceed 1 part to 12) and to paint as follows to match existing conditions: walls... Roxbury caramel, benjamin moore hc-2, flat wooden elements including doors, windows, frames, shop windows, fascia soffit outriggers of gallery... Monterrey white, hc-27, semigloss shuttersessex green, semigloss ironwork ... Benjamin moore manor brown, glossfailure to exactly match permit specified colors will result in a vcc violation and mandated repainting.
