Chap aat front: remove formstone repairing repointing masonry as needed restoring masonry cornice to match original; mortar to match existing in texture color composition and tooling; install one-over-one jeld-wen wood windows at 1st and 2nd floors to fit original openings; retain repair three-over-three wood windows at 3rd floor; remove metal storm door; install new wood front door and transom to fit original opening; all windows and doors with baltimore bullnose trim; repair basement door hatch as needed and paint black; install half-round metal gutters and round metal downspout. At rear: construct new 3-story addition; install vinyl windows at 1st 2nd and 3rd floors; install steel back door; apply stucco at rear elevation. Repair replace roof as needed.
