In regards to the leak located behind the stove, we noticed multiple stress cracks in the stucco wall on the 1123 royal side of the common wall. We will remove any loose concrete stucco debris in the cracks on the wall. We will then spray a concrete bonding agent to the cracks to help new mortar stucco adhere. We will float out for a smooth stucco finish, to seal the cracks in the wall.
