Brad birge (big birge plumbing) did this job on sat., april 20, 2013. The job was an emergency. The home owner received a notice to have the plumbing inspected. Mr. Birge confessed to mr. Wonder he had done the work. Mr. Wonder told mr. Birge to get a permit pulled for the job and provide a photo and mr. Wonder would approve the work. I am simply helping a soon-to-be master plumber.
