Remove the front steps pour concrete steps install handrail on both sets of steps. Strip the roof down to the sheathing. Repair the sheathing on the back and front partof the roof. Install a new four ply build up roof. Remove & install new 25 year shingle to the front of the roof. Install a 2x6 on brick wall under the sheeting of the roof (rear). Install new gutter and downspout of the rear roof. Remove the concrete on the rear of the house size 10x7. Pour new concrete on tlhe side of the house size 3x5 remove the concrete block on the back and replace with dirt and grass
