Pavement restoration and traffic control shall be in conformance with approved plan #244547. All work must be in accordance with the approved plans and the "montgomery county specifications for utility construction permit" dated july, 2003. Prior to release of this permit, complete repair & restoration of the right of way shall be made, "in-kind", of any and all damages done to the existing improvements in the public right-of-way caused by construction operations on this site. Disturbed areas shall be fine graded & sodded. Roadways shall be kept free of mud & debris.
